Dr. Salini Rosaline Tharayil is an Assistant Professor specialised in Human Resource and Organisational Behaviour at NSUT. She completed her Ph.D in Management from VIT University, Tamil Nadu. Her passion into experiential learning and activity-based management education is the key to her pedagogy and teaching. Besides, she also serves as an ad hoc reviewer for several reputed journals and conferences and has published papers in the field of OB & HRM.
